What you'll do

• Lead field operations from mobilization through closeout
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• maintain look-ahead schedules and trade sequencing
• enforce safety standards
• monitor construction quality
• facilitate coordination meetings
• resolve field conflicts
• participate in pull planning
• support BIM/VDC coordination
• maintain reports and safety documentation
• coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout.
