What you'll do

• Litigate patent disputes in U.S. District Courts and before the PTAB
• conduct factual and legal research
• draft pleadings and develop case strategies
• participate in discovery on infringement, validity, and damages
• take and defend depositions
• draft dispositive motions and claim construction briefing
• participate in pre-trial and trial activities, including courtroom advocacy
• collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams.
