What you'll do

• Partner with existing customers to understand needs and identify opportunities for additional tools and features
• conduct personalized calls, emails, follow-ups, and product demonstrations
• provide solution-based consultations to drive upgrades and adoption of marketing and retention products
• manage a Salesforce pipeline, forecast revenue, and work toward monthly goals
• stay current on product updates and industry trends
• plan outreach to support targets and minimize churn
• share customer insights to inform improvements.
