What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• build relationships with referral sources
• assess prospective residents’ clinical needs
• oversee admissions and maintain activity documentation
• ensure admissions, transfers, discharges, pay-status changes, and referrals are recorded accurately and promptly
• track bed availability and referral status
• inform admissions staff about Medicaid eligibility criteria
• maintain referral partner records
• identify new referral opportunities
• collaborate with the business office.
