Compliance Specialist, Transportation and Logistics

The Compliance Specialist, Transportation and Logistics is an onsite, full-time role in Lehi, UT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $45,000–$50,000 per year. The position supports Ardent’s third-party logistics team and carrier compliance function. The role helps protect the company, customers, and transportation network by verifying that carriers meet safety, insurance, and compliance standards. It researches and qualifies carriers, maintains accurate records, and works with sales and operations to support efficient onboarding.

What you'll do

• Research and vet motor carriers
• review safety, authority, and compliance information
• support carrier onboarding and qualification
• verify documentation and insurance certificates
• monitor insurance status
• review carrier-monitoring platforms
• identify compliance, safety, and risk concerns
• update internal databases
• respond to eligibility questions
• maintain organized records
• stay informed about transportation requirements and compliance practices.
