• Develop discipline strategy aligned with business objectives
• provide architectural leadership for ServiceNow and enterprise solutions
• assess design quality, risks, and mitigation
• partner with business, HR, OEC, IT, and BTS stakeholders
• evaluate solution options, enhancements, and integrations
• mentor colleagues
• assess emerging technologies
• manage vendor relationships
• ensure security, compliance, data protection, and audit requirements
• contribute to roadmaps and project plans.
