IT PC Refresh Technician

What you'll do

• Build, swap, and deploy refreshed PC hardware
• install and support endpoint software
• deploy PC equipment and accessories
• guide end users on policies and procedures
• troubleshoot PC, network, printing, and application issues
• diagnose and resolve routine end-user issues
• escalate unresolved issues after troubleshooting
• document incidents, requests, resolution steps, dates, and individuals in the ITSM tool
• provide Level 2 day-to-day support.
