What you'll do

• Provide support with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety
• complete admission tasks and record vital signs and weights
• respond to call lights and resident needs
• complete rounds and reposition residents as directed
• measure intake and output
• perform procedures as instructed by the Charge Nurse
• maintain supplies
• document care
• report pertinent information and complete shift handoffs.
