What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for educators
• assist with database enrollment and professional development registration
• update provider qualification and rate data
• manage bilingual email communications and update social media
• create promotional materials
• support training registration, technical assistance, and certification
• handle invoicing and purchase orders
• maintain program supplies. Specialist II duties may include delivering trainings, leading bilingual newsletters and marketing materials, and mentoring educators.
