What you'll do

• Perform Level 1 system restoration using documented procedures and operational guidance
• monitor mission systems and respond to alerts, outages, and performance issues
• investigate routine incidents using established troubleshooting processes
• use documentation and historical tickets to diagnose issues
• escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers
• maintain incident and restoration records.
