The Dental Laboratory Technology Subject Matter Expert role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with stated pay of $28–$33 per year. The position supports I4Dentallab’s laboratory operations through technical leadership, quality assurance, and digital workflow improvement. The subject matter expert reviews complex cases, guides digital production processes, investigates quality issues, and collaborates across technical, customer service, and product development teams to improve laboratory standards and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide technical oversight for restorations, ceramics, orthodontic appliances, implant-supported frameworks, and surgical guides
• review treatment plans, designs, and fabrications
• guide CAD/CAM, milling, 3D printing, and scan integration
• research and test materials and equipment
• conduct root-cause analyses and process audits
• establish quality guidelines
• support regulatory compliance
• consult with technicians, customer service teams, and dental practices
• partner on product trials and launches.
