What you'll do

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements and divisional packages
• support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A and divisional leaders
• coordinate audit schedules and documentation
• maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures
• improve workflows and reporting using ERP and automation tools
• mentor junior accounting staff.
