The role helps clients deliver complex projects through construction, closeout, and final accounting.

What you'll do

• Develop the master project schedule and budget
• support contractor prequalification, bidding, and contract negotiations
• coordinate design activities, permitting, constructability reviews, and value engineering
• manage cost and change control, schedule tracking, document control, quality reporting, invoices, and payments
• lead project meetings and coordinate vendors
• manage closeout documentation, inspections, punch lists, and final accounting.
