What you'll do

• Schedule daily manufacturing work using MRP software
• manage shop-floor personnel and productivity metrics
• review production paperwork
• oversee the CNC programming team
• communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors about production workflow
• check inbound materials and coordinate outbound deliveries
• conduct quality checks
• maintain safety standards
• troubleshoot machinery and coordinate repair vendors
• and perform other assigned duties.
