What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to clinical care
• collect and report occurrence trends and develop improvement plans when needed
• coordinate resident and team-member health and safety
• partner with pharmacy consultants
• provide clinical expertise to licensed nurses
• assess resident needs and update service plans
• communicate care changes to responsible parties
• schedule clinical staff and maintain supplies
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other assigned staff.
