The Home Maintenance Assessor role is onsite in Kirkwood, MO. Pay is $25–$28 per hour. The position supports Mosby Building Arts’ residential home assessment and handyman work, reporting to the Production Manager. The assessor evaluates homes, documents maintenance needs, and coordinates related repairs, while occasionally completing minor repairs directly. The role helps clients understand home conditions and keeps repair work organized and communicated.

What you'll do

• Assess residential properties for maintenance issues
• document findings with photographs and recommendations in CRM and other software
• explain home conditions and immediate concerns to clients
• perform minor repairs and routine maintenance
• coordinate schedules with clients and craftspeople
• communicate service updates
• follow safety procedures.
