What you'll do

• Supervise contractor personnel supporting P-8A maintenance
• maintain oversight across operational shifts
• coordinate with Government Maintenance Control and representatives
• ensure work follows applicable maintenance programs, manuals, directives, and instructions
• manage performance, training, qualifications, and certifications
• maintain training records
• coordinate issues and schedule changes with the COR
• ensure maintenance actions are documented
• monitor schedules and prioritize work
• maintain staffing and operational coverage
• support emergency drills and aircraft movement
• enforce safety, quality, maintenance, and security requirements
• serve as the contractor point of contact for daily site operations.
