What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and resolve operational issues
• manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, workers’ compensation coordination, employee records, policies, training coordination, and employment-law compliance
• lead and develop the Human Resources Administrator
• advise on investigations, corrective action, accommodations, leaves, terminations, and employee concerns
• partner with leadership on workforce and compensation planning, employee relations, performance management, and training
• improve HR processes, systems, communications, and documentation.
