Behavior Technician (BT) — Asheboro

Job overview

The Behavior Technician works in clients’ homes in the Asheboro, NC, area. Compensation is $23–$30 per hour. Astra ABA provides individualized therapy for children and supports them through applied behavior analysis services.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• use positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching
• support communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic skills
• collect session data and submit same-day SOAP notes
• communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members
• and protect client privacy and confidentiality.
