The Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care Specialist — Medical ICU is an onsite, full-time role in Fresno, CA, paying $60.59–$77.10 per hour. The position supports a 24-bed Medical ICU and its critically ill patients. The specialist manages and monitors ECMO systems and circuits under the direction of an ECMO-trained physician, responding to medical and mechanical emergencies. The role also cares for assigned open-heart surgery patients and manages devices such as CRRT, Impella, and balloon pumps in coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Manage and monitor ECMO systems and circuits under the direction and supervision of an ECMO-trained physician
• respond to medical and mechanical emergencies
• care for assigned open-heart surgery patients
• manage other extracorporeal and critical care devices, including CRRT, Impella, and balloon pumps
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
