What you'll do

• Prepare produce and proteins for the line
• roast proteins and vegetables
• wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• support line service by assembling and plating orders
• prepare bases, vegetables, and proteins
• help test new menu creations
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• maintain a clean, organized work environment
• collaborate with the team.
