What you'll do
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- provide mobility and repositioning assistance
- monitor and report changes in resident condition to the on-duty nurse
- document care according to facility policy
- check vital signs and record intake and output as assigned
- assist with nightly hygiene and comfort routines
- maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment
- respond to resident call lights
- follow infection-control and facility safety protocols.
