What you'll do

• Support youth academic growth
• assist with curriculum and engaging lessons
• provide homework help, projects, and enrichment
• encourage problem-solving and independent learning
• use positive behavioral strategies and follow Success Plans
• supervise youth and assigned staff
• maintain attendance and program records
• communicate with families, teachers, staff, and the Education Coordinator.
