What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and ventilation equipment
• service fans, motors, belts, filters, dampers, and ductwork
• inspect and maintain exhaust systems
• assist with airflow and pressure checks
• respond to equipment issues and coordinate with engineering or operations
• complete work orders and maintenance records
• support testing or startup activities as assigned
• follow PPE, lockout/tagout, and site safety procedures.
