Floor Technician

What you'll do

• Wash, seal, wax, and buff floors
• perform assigned maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and clearing debris
• clean and disinfect floors, fixtures, furnishings, and facility areas
• clean carpets and tile floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals
• set up caution signs
• monitor and replenish cleaning products
• maintain and store tools, supplies, and equipment
• support housekeeping and laundry coverage as needed.
