What you'll do

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, profitability, and risks
• administer and negotiate contracts
• lead purchasing and buyout
• implement project and market strategies
• pursue new business
• oversee project teams and project delivery
• manage client, subcontractor, and partner relationships
• ensure quality and contract compliance
• coach and mentor staff
• lead preconstruction planning and scheduling
• hire and develop project team members
• travel to project locations 3–4 times per month.
