What you'll do

• Lead accounts payable for both properties
• review purchase orders, invoices, and vendor statements
• prepare daily income journal entries
• assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
• monitor cash handling, transactions, deposits, and reconciliations
• maintain records and supporting documentation
• resolve vendor payment discrepancies
• support budgeting and forecasting
• maintain policy, internal-control, and audit compliance
• collaborate with finance teams and department leaders
• guide accounting associates as needed.
