Trainer — Home Care Worker Orientation

Job overview

What you'll do

• Conduct orientation sessions using the instructor’s guide, slide deck, and toolkit
• provide technical and logistical support, manage virtual meeting technology, assist participants, and record attendance
• conduct phone, text, and email outreach to enroll and confirm workers
• collaborate with trainers and managers to develop and test delivery practices
• use feedback and varied teaching methods to accommodate learning styles.
