The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) — Obstetrics & Gynecology role is onsite in Lenexa, KS, with a stated pay range of $18.50–$20.00 per hour. The role supports The Women’s Healthcare Group’s patient-first OBGYN clinical services team. The assistant supports providers and patients through clinical rooming, examination preparation, point-of-care testing, and assistance with minor office procedures. Administrative follow-up, chart preparation, and supply readiness help maintain coordinated clinic care.

What you'll do

• Room patients
• record vital signs and update medical histories
• prepare patients for examinations
• assist providers with minor office procedures
• perform point-of-care testing
• prepare and restock exam rooms while following OSHA and infection-control standards
• support pre-visit planning, chart preparation, and care-gap closures
• make follow-up calls, notify patients of lab results, route prescriptions, and maintain supply inventory and equipment checks.

Why this role
