What you'll do

• Greet patients
• complete check-in and check-out
• answer calls and patient questions
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• obtain and update insurance and demographic information
• maintain accurate records in the practice system
• communicate with patients, providers, and clinical staff
• support front-office workflow and patient flow.
