Job overview

The Hotel Restaurant Supervisor role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. The starting rate is $18–$20 per hour. The position supports the bar and lounge service team at Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley and may assist in other areas of hotel food service as needed. The role exists to provide hands-on leadership and operational support for restaurant and bar service. It helps maintain service quality, inventory controls, and smooth food preparation and delivery while addressing issues that arise in the restaurant or kitchen.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and support to servers, bartenders, bussers, stewards, and hosts
• assist the manager with liquor ordering and inventory controls
• help maintain liquor costs within budget and comply with North Carolina alcohol laws and regulations
• provide associates with needed tools and equipment
• take immediate action on restaurant or kitchen problems
• participate in weekly staff and food-and-beverage meetings and monthly kitchen inventory
• ensure food quality, recipe compliance, and efficient service
• and assist in other areas of food service and hotel operations as needed.
