What you'll do

• Direct distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting
• meet merchant expectations
• manage performance KPIs and continuous improvement
• use reports and analysis to identify improvements
• hire, train, coach, and motivate facility team members
• establish and enforce safety standards
• share practices and opportunities with other locations and headquarters
• ensure receiving, storage, handling, and shipping processes maintain product safety, quality, and legality.
