Senior Manager, Network Operations

The Senior Manager, Network Operations role is remote in the United States, with periodic travel to support regions and cross-functional handoffs. The salary range is $115,000–$125,000 per year. The role exists to align regional network managers and agent leads so standards, tools, and escalation practices work consistently across regions. It leads both groups, resolves cross-regional operating conflicts, participates in agent deactivation decisions, and partners on capacity planning and strategic network initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage four Regional Network Managers and two Agent Leads
• establish consistent performance standards, tools, and escalation protocols
• coach both groups
• resolve misalignment and prioritize competing regional needs
• participate in agent deactivation decisions with the Agent Lead and Procurement
• serve as an escalation point
• partner on capacity planning, organization design, strategic initiatives, and new-account handoffs
• coordinate with Network Strategy and Operations.
