Production Line Lead

The Production Line Lead role is onsite in Omaha, NE. What you'll do

• Lead, direct, and train production-line employees
• communicate production expectations
• coordinate changeovers and verify components are staged
• report potential hold material
• identify and correct production-rate barriers
• ensure staffing
• operate line positions and zones
• set up and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• follow quality, safety, and GMP practices
• maintain housekeeping and documentation
• train new and temporary team members
• and initiate corrective actions. Shifts listed are Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.
• and Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
