Activity Aide

The Activity Aide role is an onsite, full-time position in Springfield, IL. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports the Activities Department at Arc at Sangamon Valley by helping residents participate in programs that promote physical, social, and mental well-being. The aide assists with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and documenting daily activities in line with residents’ assessments and care plans. The role also prepares activity spaces and supports resident engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities.
