What you'll do

• Schedule first service appointments for recent vehicle purchasers
• contact customers overdue for maintenance and help schedule appointments
• respond to customer calls, emails, texts, messages, and online chats
• make outbound appointment and follow-up communications
• maintain customer records in dealership systems
• assist with data entry, filing, and scanning
• support service advisors and service management with communications and clerical duties.
