What you'll do

• Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, guest check-in, and basic services
• respond to emergencies and contact first responders when needed
• coordinate with internal departments
• maintain supplies and records
• direct guest intake and route calls
• supervise Community Life Coordinators
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, and reviews.
