What you'll do

• Mix glass beads into epoxy according to the specified ratio
• attach dies using customer-consigned epoxy
• manually attach DAP dies and stacked dies or components
• attach tiny and thin dies using a wood stick pickup process
• manually or automatically dispense and attach stiffeners
• recall programs for Flip Chip Attach, Asymtek, MAT 6400, and Datacon equipment
• recall furnace profiles for silver glass reflow and die attach reflow.
