The Shift Leader — Restaurant role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Pay is $14–$16 per hour. The position supports Jersey Mike’s restaurant operations and its focus on customer service, teamwork, and community giving. The shift leader guides the team during assigned shifts, helps deliver a strong guest experience, and supports food preparation and restaurant standards. The role also assists with training, shift execution, inventory, and daily operations alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager.

What you'll do

• Lead the team during assigned shifts
• provide customer service
• prepare subs to brand standards
• coach and support crew members
• assist with training and onboarding
• maintain cleanliness and food safety
• monitor food quality and operational standards
• handle opening and closing responsibilities
• assist with inventory and product rotation
• address customer questions and concerns
• support managers with daily operations.
