What you'll do

• Direct internal practice operations and implement process improvements
• monitor compliance with guidelines, policies, procedures, and state regulations
• oversee front-end billing and copay collection
• hire, train, onboard, supervise, and evaluate non-clinical staff
• review patient-care quality data and develop action plans
• maintain clinic facilities and coordinate vendors and supplies
• support quality and patient-safety plans
• address patient concerns
• coordinate provider scheduling
• develop and manage the annual clinic budget with the Director of Clinic Operations
• monitor financial and operational performance.
