What you'll do

• Assist sushi chefs with rice preparation, fish cutting, and ingredient portioning
• maintain a clean and organized sushi bar and prep station
• support rolling and plating maki, nigiri, and specialty rolls
• receive and store seafood deliveries
• follow food-safety and sanitation standards
• restock supplies
• assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
