Restaurant Support Staff — Busser, Food Runner, Cocktail Runner

The Restaurant Support Staff role is onsite in Providence, Rhode Island. Compensation is $16–$25 per hour. Bacaro Restaurant is hiring bussers, food runners, and cocktail runners to support front-of-house service and guest hospitality. Depending on the assignment, staff clear and reset tables, deliver food or beverages, communicate with kitchen and service teams, and maintain organized dining and service areas. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

What you'll do

• For bussers: pre-bus, clear, and reset tables
• maintain the dining room
• support servers
• stock service areas
• assist with opening and closing. For food runners: deliver dishes to correct tables, communicate with kitchen and service teams, learn menu items, and maintain the expo area. For cocktail runners: deliver drinks, coordinate with bartenders and servers, and maintain beverage and service areas.
