What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and special requests
• follow portioning controls and par levels
• maintain food safety, quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• track menu item counts and station output
• communicate food delays and low quantities to coordinators, management, and service staff
• follow allergy procedures and special-order restrictions.
