• prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action-item tracking
• monitor job progress, labor status, and milestones
• communicate with owners, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• track materials and deliveries
• assist with submittals, as-built documents, closeout packages, warranties, and project records.
