The Medical Laboratory Scientist role is onsite in Louisville, CO. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. The position performs laboratory testing under the direction of the Clinical Laboratory Manager and Clinical Laboratory Medical Director, supporting CCRM Fertility’s fertility services and laboratory work. The scientist handles pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic testing processes, including specimen collection and processing, to produce timely and accurate results used in diagnosis and treatment. The role also monitors test performance and follows patient-identification and specimen-handling procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic laboratory testing
• collect, label, handle, process, transport, and store specimens
• monitor test analyses and specimen examinations to maintain acceptable analytic performance
• follow patient-identification policies and obtain witness signatures for sample transfers as requested
• report results accurately and promptly.
