Shipping and Subrentals Coordinator

The Shipping and Subrentals Coordinator role is an onsite, part-time position in Orlando, FL. Pay is $17.95–$21.63 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. LMG provides video, audio, lighting, and LED solutions for corporate events, conventions, and live productions. The coordinator supports inventory visibility, shipping and receiving, and rental logistics so equipment moves accurately and on time. The role maintains asset records, coordinates subrentals, communicates shipment status, and helps resolve delays and discrepancies to support event execution.

What you'll do

• Package, weigh, and ship small parcels
• receive shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders
• prepare shipping documents including bills of lading
• label and tag assets using RFID and barcode systems
• document equipment movement
• coordinate subrentals and cross-rentals
• monitor shipments and returns
• communicate shipment status
• investigate delays and discrepancies
• assist with warehouse logistics and non-CDL vehicle pickups and deliveries.
