Resident Project Representative

What you'll do

• Inspect infrastructure projects under supervisory direction
• record daily site observations and report discrepancies
• review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals
• conduct simple construction-material field tests
• prepare simple drawings, maps, and technical computations
• use surveying and measurement tools to verify installed quantities
• document field conditions
• coordinate issue resolution with clients and contractors
• support progress-payment review and project schedule updates.
