Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support in residential homes and day programs
• assist with meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication management, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and medical appointments
• plan and participate in activities, outings, and events
• build supportive relationships
• collaborate with professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
• work with individuals to complete tasks and build independence.
