What you'll do

• Scale, measure, mix, shape, and bake pastry products
• follow production schedules and prepare quantities for retail and wholesale customers
• assist with seasonal menu changes and new item development
• communicate production needs and issues to the appropriate leader
• assess quality, efficiency, and timeliness
• follow food safety practices
• maintain product knowledge to inform customers and staff
• assist with training new employees
• participate in pastry team meetings.
