What you'll do

• Recruit, promote, retain, and manage store employees
• train, coach, and supervise Store Managers
• coordinate with the Regional Sales Director
• ensure policy compliance and customer service
• analyze sales results and trends
• maintain merchandising and store appearance
• oversee inventory shrinkage and security
• visit and audit each location at least monthly
• evaluate training and provide feedback
• communicate priorities and operational needs.
